Sleeping two people and a baby, this townhouse is packed with home from home comforts. Before renovation, this was a two-bedroom townhouse, however, every thought has been given to the comfort of the guests, so it was renovated into a luxurious one-bedroom bolthole to provide more space and allow light to flow throughout. The whole house has been completed to a high-spec with Wifi and high levels of energy-efficiency with double glazed windows that open fully as well as tilt.

You enter the ground floor into a reception room (ideal for office use or bike/luggage store) which is fitted out with a sofa and desk. Upstairs there’s an open plan air-conditioned living/dining room with two floor to ceiling windows which open out onto Juliet balconies. There’s also a ceiling fan for circulating cool air during the summer months. The king-sized bedroom has another Juliet balcony, plus a fan and air conditioning as well as a dressing table and wardrobe.

The bathroom is small but serves perfectly with its modern shower, vanity unit sink and lots of natural light. The fully equipped new kitchen allows you to cook up a storm with goodies from the local food market and has absolutely everything you’d need. From the kitchen there’s a patio with tables and chairs for alfresco drinking and dining. 

Outside Space

At the back of the house there’s a lovely, sunny private patio with a table and chairs that’s ideal for breakfast or a drink in the evening.

Location

Located just off Plaza de las Indias in the historic centre, this smart townhouse is five minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The street itself is residential and quiet – unless it’s Semana Santa (Easter), when some of the processions pass by immediately in front of the house. There is on street parking nearby.
