What’s On April 2022
Fun workshops, food fiestas, flamenco, art and fitness are all on the agenda for spring-like April in the Axarquia.
And then, to cap it all off, there’s the small matter of Semana Santa in Velez. It’s quite a month.

There’s no two ways about it: Easter is a huge deal in Velez. This year Holy Week runs from Sunday 10th – Sunday 17th April. What to know a little more about Semana Santa in Velez, read on here. Give Peace a Chance Dreamcatcher Workshop in Puente don Manuel
When? 9th April 2022 from 12.00 – 16.00.

What? Starting as always at the Polideportivo Fernando Ruiz Hierro in Velez-Malaga. This year however, the usual 8km run has been increased to 10km but keeping the 4km race.
